European T20 Premier League 2026: All You Need to Know
The inaugural season of the European T20 Premier League 2026 features 32 T20 matches commencing from August 26 – September 20, 2026. The first half of the tournament will be played at Voorburg Sportpark Duivesteijn in the Netherlands. Malahide Cricket Ground in Ireland will host the remaining matches.
Founded by Indian investors like Abhishek Bachchan, the ETPL 2026 is partnered with the cricket boards of Scotland, the Netherlands, and Ireland. It is the joint franchise league of Scotland, Ireland, and the Netherlands.
Teams and Format
The tournament will use a round-robin format, followed by playoffs. Six teams will take part: Rotterdam Dockers, Amsterdam Flames, Belfast Wolves, Dublin Guardians, Edinburgh Castle Rockers, and Glasgow Comics. Each team will play against each other twice. The top four teams will advance to the playoffs and will play the qualifier and the eliminator before advancing to the final.
European T20 Premier League 2026 Broadcast Channels
Star Sports acquired the official broadcasting rights for the inaugural season of the ETPL – European T20 Premier League 2026 in the Indian Subcontinent. However, online cricket fans can access live streaming on the JioHotstar App.
Cricket fans in the United Kingdom and Ireland can watch the live telecast on TNT Sports. For online coverage, matches will stream live on HBO Max.
Willow TV is the official broadcaster for the ETPL 2026 in Canada and the United States. In addition, Cricbuzz will provide live streaming of all matches.
For Southeast Asia cricket fans, the matches will be broadcast on the Cricbuzz App. In the MENA countries, Cricbuzz will provide live coverage of the European T20 Premier League 2026.
